Tornado-damaged plant going again
Complex Chemical Co. owner Jerry Melton, who saw his Madison Parish Port facility mangled by the April 24 tornado that ripped through Louisiana and Mississippi, said the company plans to begin producing its lube oil additives again this weekend.
